Q1: I'd like to sign up for membership, but is it only possible to register with an address in Japan?
Yes. Since this website is a Japan-based e-commerce site, membership registration is essentially limited to customers who have a Japanese address.
Customers outside Japan can make purchases through WorldShopping and therefore do not need to register with our site.
Additionally, if you register with WorldShopping, you’ll receive notifications about our special offers and campaigns in the future, so we encourage you to take advantage of WorldShopping.
Q2: I'm traveling to Japan soon. Is it possible to have the item delivered to my hotel in Japan?
Yes, of course.
In that case, please disable the WorldShopping automatic cart. To do this, click on the “Shop without using WorldShopping” option on the WorldShopping banner. This will prevent the cart from linking automatically, allowing you to complete your payment and purchase directly.
Also, if you open the site after arriving in Japan, the WorldShopping automatic cart will not activate, so you can place your order during your stay in Japan as well.
When placing your order, please include the hotel name and the dates of your stay in the remarks section.
Be sure to use the exact name on your hotel reservation for the recipient. If a different name is used, the hotel may refuse the package since it won’t match their guest list.
Also, please inform the hotel in advance that a package will be arriving. Some hotels may refuse deliveries if they have not been notified beforehand, so please keep this in mind.
Q3: I’d like to receive my order in Japan. Can I specify the delivery date?
You can specify the delivery date from three business days after your order to one week later.
However, in regions far from our warehouse, such as Kyushu or Hokkaido, the delivery date may shift slightly. Please select your preferred date from the drop-down menu.
Also, please note that changes may not be possible after your order has been placed. We recommend leaving enough time when placing your order.

Q4: After my purchase, I found some additional items I’d like. Would it be possible to ship them together?
Please contact WorldShopping immediately to confirm whether shipping arrangements have already been made.
If they have not yet shipped your order, you can ask WorldShopping to temporarily hold it in their warehouse. Then, once you place another order and pay the international shipping fees together, they can ship all items in one package.

If you are unable to add a product to your cart, it may be subject to import restrictions or quantity limits in that country.

Q8: I'd like to know how many bottles of alcohol I can purchase and the details regarding customs duties.
The number of alcoholic beverages you can import and the available shipping methods vary by country.
You can purchase as many bottles as will fit into your WorldShopping cart. Please refer to the diagram for the shipping methods.
Additionally, each country’s tax office has an inquiry desk for questions regarding liquor taxes, so please check with them directly.
