Key points of this product

■ Made with the Finest "Fukuchi White 6-Clove Variety"

The highest quality brand varieties, native to Aomori Prefecture, are organically grown on our own farm in Iwate Prefecture.

They are characterized by their large size, with an average of 4 to 6 pieces per fruit, and are appealing with their snow-white skin and rich, sweet flavor.

Safe cultivation in accordance with organic JAS standards

Marukoshi Co., Ltd.'s organic farming is done in fields where no prohibited pesticides or chemical fertilizers have been used for at least two years before sowing.

During the cultivation period, we do not rely on synthetic chemicals or use genetically modified technology.

Quality assurance through consistent in-house management

We manage all processes in-house, from garlic cultivation to processing and aging.

It is packed with the peace of mind of knowing you can see the faces of the producers and a commitment to quality.

Nutritional Value Enhanced Through Aging

By slowly aging it for about a month in a hot and humid environment, the amount of healthy components such as amino acids, S-allyl cysteine, and GABA increases significantly.

Furthermore, the sugar content rises to over 40 degrees, creating a fruity sweetness.

No unpleasant odor

During the aging process, the pungent smell characteristic of raw garlic almost disappears.

You can enjoy it anytime without worrying about bad breath the next day.
