Three reasons why we recommend it

1. Only three pure ingredients, mainly from Toyama Prefecture

Job's Wheat (from Toyama Prefecture): "The King of Grains." Its balanced nutritional content supports translucent beauty.

Organic brown rice (produced in Toyama Prefecture): Rich in vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. A source of daily energy.

Natural salt: The mild saltiness brings out the sweetness of the ingredients.

No unnecessary seasonings or additives are added, bringing out only the natural flavor.

2. The power of grains to support beauty and health

Job's tears, known since ancient times as "Yokuinin," support healthy skin. Organic brown rice contains dietary fiber that regulates the intestines and B vitamins that aid metabolism, supporting the body's foundation. The synergistic effect of these two grains promotes health and beauty from the inside out.

3. Additive-free and gluten-free

No preservatives, colorants or fragrances used

No animal ingredients used (vegan friendly)

Wheat-free and gluten-free

No allergens (28 specific raw materials)

The whole family, from children to adults, can enjoy it with peace of mind.

The Producer's Story - The Philosophy of Taiyo Foods

Taiyo Foods was founded in 1957 by its founder, Yasuo Sasaoka, based on his belief that "food nourishes the body and mind."

After graduating from university, he was employed at a pharmaceutical manufacturer where he first encountered the world of traditional Chinese medicine, and was fascinated by it. He decided to bet his life on its potential and unknown power. Utilizing his knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, he conducted extensive research on Job's Wheat and fermented foods, and in 1974, "Job's Wheat Enzyme" was born.

Job's tears is a grain in the grass family that has been cherished since ancient times, sometimes called the "skin-clearing grain." This name does not simply refer to one of its effects, but is also proof that throughout history it has been revered as a plant that "maintains healthy skin and supports beauty and health."

For over 60 years since then, Taiyo Foods has continued to make progress without stopping, adhering to the principle of "manufacturing products that are close to nature and people." In their fields in Toyama, they cultivate over 40,000 square meters of organic Job's tears fields, and grow each grain with care, listening to the voice of the earth as it changes with the seasons.

Currently, the third generation inherits this vision. With the founder's beliefs in mind, we continue to research and improve our products to address the new health challenges faced by modern people - intestinal disorders, lifestyle-related diseases, and health problems caused by a stressful society.

We don't just preserve tradition; we also focus on modern fermentation techniques, organic farming practices, and efforts to increase transparency in the manufacturing process, ensuring that we can pass on "safe food" to the next generation. Fermented over time, we deliver the natural flavor faithfully. Each cup of our coffee embodies the passion that has been passed down from the founder to the second and third generations. From the past to the future, Taiyo Foods will continue to move forward with its mission of "protecting people's health."
