This is an organic bean sprout miso stir fry base made with organic rice miso, organic vegetables, and the delicious flavor of organic soy sauce.

No seasonings (amino acids, etc.), protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts, coloring agents, etc. are used, resulting in a delicious dish that brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

You can make delicious stir-fried meat with miso just by frying meat, bean sprouts, and chives together.

Depending on your preference, you can add glass noodles to make it japchae style, or add gluten, your favorite vegetables and ingredients and bind it with egg, or you can enjoy other variations on the recipe.

● Onions, carrots, garlic, and ginger are 100% domestically produced and organic.

● Our rice miso is made from domestically grown organic rice and soybeans (non-GMO), and is matured to create an organic rice miso.

● We use organic sugar.

● The starch used is potato starch made from domestically produced organic potatoes (non-genetically modified) (it can be difficult to use organic potatoes as the raw material depending on the year's crop, etc.).

● We use organic brewed soy sauce made from domestically grown organic whole soybeans (non-GMO) and wheat, and aged for over a year.

● We use Shima Mars salt.

<Recipe (serves 2-3)>

[material]

・1 bag of bean sprouts (approx. 200g)

・Sliced pork belly (approx. 100g)

・Chinese chives (approx. 30g)

1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and the chives into pieces about 5cm long.

Add oil to a heated frying pan and fry the pork until browned.

3. Add the bean sprouts and chives and stir fry, then add the product and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute until thoroughly combined.

With consideration for the environment, we have installed eco-friendly gas boilers, gas air conditioners, and solar power generation, which is a clean energy source. We have also installed water recycling systems such as cooling towers and wastewater treatment equipment that uses microbial activation treatment and hollow fiber membranes, and have obtained FSSC22000 food safety management system certification.

In order to minimize the amount of waste we produce, we compost vegetable and fruit peels and return that fertilizer to the fields.
