Chemical burns caused by acids and alkalis are caused by the ingredients they contain, not by their high pH value. 618 Scallop Powder does not contain any ingredients that dissolve proteins, so its irritation has been confirmed to be less severe than distilled water. However, to thoroughly remove oil and sebum, we recommend moisturizing your hands with hand cream after use. If you are concerned about dryness, consider wearing gloves.
Can it be used for food and baby products?
Yes. This product is a food additive-grade powder. It is a safe ingredient that is also used as a coagulant for konjac, so it can be used safely to remove pesticide residue from vegetables and fruits, to clean baby bottles, and as a baby wipe.
Can it be used on all materials?

How to Use: Example Applications
Washing vegetables and fruits
Dissolve 1g in 1L of water and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
Removes residual pesticides, wax, and food poisoning bacteria from the surface.
Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen utensils
Dissolve 1g in 1L of water and soak a cutting board or dishcloth to clean it.
Laundry
1 teaspoon per 45 litres of water.
For drum type washing machines, use 1/2 teaspoon and maximum amount of water.
For items with a strong odor, we recommend soaking for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove chlorine from the bath
Dissolve 3 to 5g in 200L of water.
Baby wipes
Dissolve 0.5g of powder in 1L of water and soak gauze or something similar in the solution.
