How to order products

Select the option and quantity from the desired product page and add it to your cart. After completing your order, we will send an order completion email to your registered email address. About payment

Regarding delivery

Your order will be shipped via Sagawa Express. Your order will ship within three business days after shipping arrangements are made. If your purchase includes pre-order items, we will ship all items together once they are available. Shipping: Orders under ¥9,000 (tax included): ¥880 (for domestic shipping within Japan). Orders over ¥9,000 (tax included): Free (for domestic shipping within Japan). *However, a flat rate of ¥1,400 applies to Okinawa and remote islands, regardless of order amount. *Separate shipping charges may apply for oversized items. About returns

If you wish to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
