We are a Japanese couple in our 50s.
In May 2023, I returned to Japan from Taipei, where I had lived for 13 years.
In Taiwan, the husband ran a restaurant and the wife ran a beauty salon.
While running a company, I started YouTube as a hobby in 2019.
Due to the stress of living abroad for many years, he developed a serious autoimmune disease (palmoplantar pustulosis),
I tried all the treatments that were said to be effective, such as tonsillectomy and biological injections, but nothing worked, so I eventually gave up on all hospital treatments and medications and put the disease into remission by improving basic lifestyle habits such as diet, sleep, and exercise.
I also successfully lost weight, dropping my weight from a peak of 67kg down to 49kg.

In February 2023, after my beloved cat of 22 years passed away, I finally decided to return to Japan.
After returning to Japan, they chose a small 50-year-old apartment complex measuring 48 square meters, where they began living surrounded by only the things they loved, doing DIY together as a couple.
My life here is completely different from my life in Taipei; I'm aiming for a sustainable, stress-free life that doesn't require me to push myself or try to look cool, and is within my means.
We will be spreading our ideas about how to live a more environmentally friendly life and safe and secure food both in Japan and overseas, so please support us!
